History

In 2016, Siddhant Mandal founded Online Hacker News, which rapidly evolved into a startup based in Province 1, Eastern Nepal. This endeavor earned acclaim, securing a spot among the top 10 innovative products at the ICT Awards 2017.

However, due to its confusing connotations, the name “Online Hacker News” transformed in 2018, becoming TechPatro. Under the banners of both ‘OHN’ and TechPatro, they pioneered Nepal’s inaugural technology news app. Today, TechPatro stands as a nationwide platform, delivering comprehensive technology news on both domestic and global fronts.
