At the end of the year, rumors emerged indicating that the iPhone 14 Pro will be launched with a 48 MP camera and 8 GB of RAM. Last week, speculation reinforced that Apple’s next Pro smartphone should have even that amount of memory.

According to information from an Asian website, the memory components of the iPhone 14 Pro are already confirmed and, soon, the company should start the mass production schedule of the new devices.

More RAM coming soon

According to information published by the user “Yeux1122” on the Korean blog  Naver, the next version of the device will be released with 8 GB of RAM. Previously, the profile revealed that Apple was planning to launch the iPad Mini 6 with an 8.7-inch screen, wider width, and reduced height compared to the fifth-generation tablet – the only mistake was that the sixth generation was announced with a screen of 8.3 inches.

That is, “Yeux1122” has already been correct on other occasions and, therefore, may be correct again. Last year, Haitong International Securities analyst Jeff Pu also stated that the iPhone 14 Pro will arrive with 8GB of RAM and a 6.1-inch screen, in addition to the iPhone 14 Pro Max with 6.7 inches and the same amount of RAM.

In many cases, the iPhone 13 with 6GB of RAM is significantly faster than some high-end models, but it still hasn’t reached the hardware level of competitors. Thus, Apple would be closer to delivering the same amount of RAM as other powerful devices — Samsung started offering 8 GB of RAM since the Galaxy S10, for example.
