Smartphone Companies have extended warranty on their products to shield customers, amid the nationwide lockdown inflicted to combat the spread of coronavirus.
Smartphone companies, including Samsung, Nokia Oppo, Vivo have extended warranties on their products to help customers during the lockdown. Read to know more about the extension date and spread the message with your friends and family.
Samsung
Samsung products whose warranty expired between 24 March 2020, and 20 April 2020 receive an extension of the warranty until 20 May 2020.
Samsung Nepal states on their Facebook post, “Ensuring the wellbeing of our customers is always our first priority. For all our valued customers, we have extended our warranty till 20th May, 2020 on all Samsung products whose warranty is expiring between 24th March and 20th April, 2020. We urge you to stay home and take care of yourself and your loved ones.”
Nokia
Nokia smartphones whose warranty expires between 15 March to 15 April 2020 receive an extension of the warranty until 30 April 2020.
Vivo
Users of Vivo smartphones whose warranty expires on 22 March 2020 receive an extension of the warranty until 23 May 2020.
General Manager of Vivo Nepal, Mr. Mars also shared “In these crucial times, we stand firm to our commitment, and this warranty extension is provided to facilitate our valued customers amid the COVID-19 outbreak.”
Oppo
Users of Opposmartphones whose warranty expires between 22 March 2020 receive an extension of the warranty until 21 May 2020.
