POCO entered the Indian market in 2018 as a sub-brand of Xiaomi. The company launched its first flagship smartphone POCO F1. This year the company has launched its own mid-budget smartphone POCO X2 as a standalone device in the Indian mobile market. Aside from this, the company is also planning to launch the POCO F2 soon. Not only this, aloof from POCO smartphones, wearable devices are also about to launch in mobile India. The company has confirmed this through their Twitter handle. The mobile company is soon to launch its in-year TWS ( formerly True Wireless ) branded earbuds in India.
POCO India General Manager, C. Manmohan kickstarted brand rumor-engine by personally running a poll based on Twitter while asking potential fans about deciding what product placement they would offer POCO to build next. From among the available options (including TWS wireless earphones, Headphones unlimited, Fitness Wearable or Gamepad), TWS earphones receive approximately the 4th highest share of users worldwide at 38.2%.

Let me tell you that in the past too, leaks about the company’s True Wireless earbuds were revealed on social media. This wireless earbud may compete directly with Realme Buds Air. The company has been challenging Realme products since the launch of POCO X2. The company is designing its products keeping in mind the budget users. In such a situation, these earbuds might be proclaimed as real competitors of Realme Buds Air.
