XcelTrip is a company developed by national as well as international engineers. They have connected themselves with domestic and international travelers through technology and market skills. The platform, on the one hand, informs travelers about the importance of online booking systems, helping travelers to find local hotels. The company believes that the small hotels located in the country will benefit from the tourist arrivals and help in the prevention of absolute poverty in the country.
The company aimed to keep the skilled manpower busy within the country while creating employment opportunities for the local communities of Nepal. With the help of XcelTrip, any Nepali will be able to travel internationally without booking international hotels and flights through Visa and MasterCard and E-Sewa issued by the local bank.
To promote domestic tourism, the company motivates the local community for hotel and homestay management. It will also create a sustainable tourist environment throughout the country. For this, the company will digitally strengthen all hotels and homestays for online booking. The company has already started bringing Nepal’s hotels to its network.
Nepal Rastra Bank has allowed foreign currency trading through banks in the country. These reserves of foreign currency will be increased in the country as all payments are possible within Nepal.
The company has also signed an MOU in partnership with E-Sewa for easy payment. And also, it has made Himalayan and Kumari Bank its partners for payment with hotels.
The company has partnered with Softwarica College of IT and e-commerce to expand its knowledge base.
