Vivo Y81 was launched in June 2018. The smartphone has a unibody metal design. It comes with a 6.22-inch display with a resolution of 720 x 1520 and comes with a notch. The Vivo Y81 sports a similar design to that of Vivo Y83.
The Vivo Y81 is powered by 2.0 GHz octa-core processor and comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. Talking about the cameras, the Y81 packs a 13-megapixel (f/2.2 aperture) rear camera and a 5-megapixel (f/2.2 aperture) selfie shooter.
The Vivo Y81 runs Android 8.1 With Vivo’s FunTouch OS 4.0 skin on top. The device is powered by a 3260mAh battery. It measures 155.06 x 75.00 x 7.77 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 146.50 grams.
The Vivo Y81 supports dual SIM (both nano-SIM). Connectivity wise, it supports Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and 4G. The smartphone has face unlock with AI facial recognition as the only biometric security which means it lacks the fingerprint sensor. Also, it supports a 3.5mm headphone jack.
