THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9 is finally official. Samsung on Thursday launched its new Galaxy Note 9 flagship phone at the Barclays Center in New York. It’s a huge fabulous phone, as you sway expect, and it costs a missile… But there was much more than Samsung bestowed off, including Fortnite’s Android presentation, Galaxy Watch, the Galaxy Home smart speaker.

POWERFUL S PEN
With a 6.4-inch device that will ship with Android 8.1, and it’s set with a 4,000mAh battery inside. That’s the largest battery inside a Note device to date, trying to improve the past Note 7 incident. Functions like doubling as a remote shutter for selfies and presentations can be delivered with the help of new S Pen stylus which added Bluetooth in it. Yes, S Pen requires a battery to do such task and it has super capacitive charging that enables it to retrieve power when you stick it back into the Note 9.
Bixby 2.0 coming with the Note 9 that was announced back in October 2017. Just by using a single button, you can automatically enter a party of 2 and completely based on previous reservations, says Ji Soo Yi, Vice President of AI Strategy.
GALAXY HOME
Samsung just announced its first smart speaker with Bixby and it has called it, drum roll, the Samsung Galaxy Home. The design is interesting and much bigger than any of its competitor, built to compete against the likes of the Amazon Echo, Apple HomePod, and Google Home. It isn’t as simple to tip over as it resembles. The AKG logo inflaming up – and there’s a circular ring that flashes around the perimeter of the top of the speaker.
Just like its rivals, it’s available in a standalone smart speaker. Bixby, a talking robot [Assistant] voice similar to Amazon’s Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri, debuted on Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets last year and has since appeared in the company’s smart refrigerators and smart TVs.
LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP WITH SPOTIFY
Spotify integration is coming to Galaxy devices. Samsung brought Daniel EK [CEO of Spotify] at #Unpacked 2018, moreover, Daniel talked about its partnership with Samsung where Samsung’s gonna ride on Spotify on its phone, watches, refrigerators, galaxy home, smart tv. With Spotify, so you can connect your account to Bixby and make the service the default music player when you ask the assistant to play a song.
In the past, Samsung’s announced it would use Google Play Music as its default music service when it launched the Galaxy S8 in 2017.
GALAXY WATCH
Galaxy Watch, on a single charge it can be used for several days. The company has introduced a new charging port – the Samsung Galaxy Duo. Wait a sec… Apple is in the queue in the process of launching a dual charging pad for the iPhone and Apple Watch. It seems Samsung has got there first.
The Galaxy Watch in two sizes, a 42mm and 46mm face priced at $330 and $350 and will be available in three colors.
